Living Wills

A Living Will is a document that sets forth your wishes for end of life decisions. In Oregon the Living Will is a statutory form. While you do not necessarily need the advice of an attorney, you do need two witnesses who must sign at the same time that you execute the documents. Additionally, at least one person cannot work for any type of medical facility or provider or be a possible heir or beneficiary of your estate. Consequently, we prepare these documents for our clients at no cost and we witness these documents for our clients.
